The practice has a Patient Group which was first established in 2007 and its members include patients who attend both the Sutton and Thatto Heath sites.

The remit of the groups is to provide a formal link between the patients and the practice.

The group considers and makes recommendations on how services are provided.

So far the group has:

• Recommended the development of the website
• Supported the practice in providing extended hours
• Has considered the results of the patient surveys and suggested how the surgery can improve its service(s).

The Patient Group is always looking for additional members. If you would like to become a member, please provide the reception desk with your name and contact details.
