As previously notified via this site – from today (October 14, 2019) prescriptions can only be ordered online if you have the following:

A/ Online access for prescription ordering

B/ A nominated pharmacy – as all prescriptions ordered on line will now go direct to a pharmacy (and will no longer be able to be picked up from a specific practice site)

If you do not have the above set up:

Register for online access – please visit the practice, bringing a form of ID with you.

To nominate a pharmacy – Please simply advise the pharmacy or our reception team of your pharmacy of choice and this can be set up for you

We apologise for any inconvenience

The practice has made the changes in order to bring it in line with others practices, to make prescription ordering on-line easier for the patient (the website lists the medication you are presently on) and for the practice team. The practice provided eight weeks’ notification of the changes prior to implementation.
